Admission Procedure

Students are admitted against prescribed number of seats in order of merit based on marks in the qualifying examination. Reservation policy of the U.P Govt. is strictly followed.

UG Programs

The college offers direct admission to all U.G. Programs.The minimum eligibility conditions are as follow:

  • B.A. 40% or more in the Qualifying examination.
  • B.Sc. (Separately in Theory & Practical) 45% or more in the Qualifying examination.
  • B.Com. 45% or more in the Qualifying examination.
  • *Change of stream is not permissible to candidates from Arts and Commerce groups. Candidates from the Science stream are, however, allowed to apply for any of the above mentioned programs.
  • * Candidates seeking admission into U.G. Programs are required to submit in person the duly filled in application.
  • * Certificates and mark sheets of previous examinations in original.
  • * Transfer certificate in original.
  • *Certificate in support of age.
  • * Inability to tender requisite fee in time will result in the forfeiture of the seat and no consideration shall be made thereafter.
  • For further details , candidates are advised to read the prospectus carefully.

PG Programs

  • The college offers admission to the P.G. Programs in all subjects listed in courses. Admission to M.A. and M.com. , PG Programs are given on merit.
  • *Interested candidates need to apply in the prescribed application form and submit it to the respective department.
  • *Candidates seeking admission to B.Ed. programs will have to appear in the Common Entrance Test held by C.S.J.M. University or any other University authorized for this purpose by U.P. Govt.. The university allots colleges to the successful candidates thereafter.
  • *Candidates are required to produce all original documents for verification at the time of application.
  • Mere fulfilling of the eligibility conditions would not ensure admission . The admission committee's decision shall be final and no correspondence / discussion in this regard shall be entertained.
  • *The prospectus,application form, and other documents for admission are usually available in the month of June.
