At present times educational growth is faced with several challenges relating to state of technical resourses fragmentation of educational institutes. Some of these factors are taking place at much faster pace than ever before. In order to address these technical changes in the education impacting good education to remain globally competent, it is essential that our education institutes are able to foresee to the challenges and formulate prioritized education programmes. So that our qualitative is not constrained for want of technological interventions.

The Founder of the Institution Shri Yashpal Chaudhary Ji is a great visionary who laid down the foundation of the college for under privileged owing to the popularity of the Institute, State Government of Uttar Pradesh sanctioned the courses for B.A., B.Sc.(Ag.), B.Com., B.Sc. Science the Institution earned a name in importing quality and value based on education, it got it self associated with of C.S.J.M. University Kanpur in 2005 and Started Graduate classes in Arts faculty since 2005 .
Owing to the Strong recommendation of C.S.J.M. University Kanpur Uttar Pradesh Government has sanctioned Post graduate classes in the disciplines of Education, Sociology, Hindi and Political Science respectively keeping pace with changing time and taking note of students locality demands, College has also started different Courses B.Ed. and B.T.C.(D.El.Ed.) along with its regular courses.

Also, it is unanimously agreed that the diversity in social, economical background as well as cognitive abilities of the students is to be addressed carefully.
